When you submit a jumper, we collect your name (or nickname), email address (optional), and the image and description you provide. This information is stored securely in our database and is used solely to operate the Hall of Shame and contact you if your design wins.
We do not collect any payment information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

By submitting a design, you grant BadChristmasJumpers.co.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and sell the design as a physical product. You confirm you own the rights to the image submitted. We do not claim ownership of your design.
Submitted jumpers and associated data are kept for as long as the site operates. If you'd like your submission removed, email us and we'll delete it within 7 days.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@badchristmasjumpers.co.uk to exercise these rights.
Our shop contains affiliate links to ASOS, Amazon, Next and other retailers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
